  Best Mexican food I've had in Carson City. Friendly staff was very attentive. We both had steak and it was amazing.

  Now in a new location in the Minden Village.  Had dinner there Thurs. eve.  Food was excellent.  Prices very reasonable.  So new that they don't have a liquor license yet.  The owner took the time to personally stop by our table to thank us for dining there. She apologized for the slow service.  We did not think the service was that slow. We wish them success.

  In a sea of Gringo Mexican food, this place in Minden stands out as the ultimate in gringo-azatipn.  Granted most locals like it bland, with watery salsa and zero bite.
  
  They do make corn tortillas in house, which are actually good, but that's about it.
  
  Advertising this as authentic Michoacán is a joke.

  We tried their new Minden location on Friday at 4:30pm, they were empty. We noticed they had alcohol at the bar so we ordered a couple bottles of beer, they brought the bottles which were WARM and left them on our table we took one drink and asked for glasses and ice .  We then both ordered the chicken fajita's.  When they arrived we both received what looked to be old dried up chicken pieces sitting on top of what looked to be freshly cooked onions and peppers.  There was not one bit of moisture of and kind on the chicken so I know it was cooked hours before the onions and peppers.  Although the rice and beans were good the salsa was not.  By the recent reviews we were really expecting much better.  We will not return because there are other GOOD Mexican restaurants in this area of which we have never been so disappointed.

  This little gem in Carson is serving up the best Menudo in this side of Nevada. It also comes with freshly made corn tortillas and if you need more all you do is ask. This is why I love this place, delicious, traditional Mexican food served with a smile. The staff is super polite and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make you a happy long lasting customer.
  They have many other traditional dishes, such as birria, which is goat meat in a red sauce and it's delicious! All tacos are served with freshly hand made tortillas right off the grill and they have many different types of meats to choose from.
  Whatever your craving is you will not leave unsatisfied, this place will come through!
